He qualified for the Qualified Medication Administration Person certification (QMAP) and is First Aid and CPR trained.
Jeff says, “I was introduced to support and care for the elderly by my sister. After visiting her senior care homes in Phoenix and meeting her wonderful residents, I began to rethink my career path and realized I had a desire to serve others in this way. Constant Care Homes in Colorado Springs was founded in 2014. Since then, we acquired a second home to serve more of Colorado Springs’ finest elderly citizens with our caring small residences for seniors. I care deeply for our residents and ensure our team is made up of compassionate, caring, and qualified individuals. I am proud our homes provide a warm, family environment that are difficult to find in large facilities. My wife and I have been residents of Colorado Springs for 27 years and we have three children.

I enjoy cooking for my residents and always make sure they enjoy the food. I am a people person and love that I have a big family in the Philippines. I also have my own beautiful family with three sons. I like to travel and see beautiful places and eat delicious foods.”

Jeff Kurtzer, Caregiver
Jeff attended a ministry training college and served others in the mission field for 10 years. Jeff has been with Constant Care since 2016. He is QMAP, CPR, and First Aid certified. He learned much of what is needed to take care of seniors by caring for his 87-year-old mother who struggled with illness toward the end of her life and needed much hands-on care.
Jeff says, “Just like with my mother, I want to see each senior resident have a great quality of life in this community home. I love helping seniors feel comfortable and happy in an assisted living facility. I love helping them get cleaned, dressed, and seeing them eat foods they love. I love making our residents laugh and hear them talk about their past and families. God has given me a greater love for people than ever before in my life, which has equipped me for the work ahead at Constant Care.”
